I have an extra Umai bag, if you'd like to try it. You'd need come to Acworth.

I really do want to try it, but I don’t have the vacuum sealer.

I used to do it the hard way. Now I just use the Umai Dry Age bags.

We deep fried the ribs after the turkey was done. So delicious

Butcher seemed a little pissed I bought all 6 when the store opened at 7 am. I kept three as roasts and had the other three sliced into one inch steaks.
