I stopped by and got a 5 lb roast. Meat guy said the same that they would be at that price through Xmas and saw today in the weekly ad that they are still at that price. I'll cut this one into ribeye steaks and vacuum seal/freeze for later and go back next week to get a larger roast for Christmas day.

My brother is a meat manager there. That are loosing Over $3 a pound before adding in labor or packaging….

I sliced mine up for smaller meals. Really good taste. Will continue to fill the freezer

Got the butcher to cut me some steaks out of the rib roast. soaked them in some Dale's this afternoon, then cooked on the grill - as good as I have had in a long time.
